Meet the Site Director:
Rosebelle Fairbanks
Hello, my name is Rosebelle Fairbanks, also called Mrs. Belle and I am the Site Director for Hearts and Hands Christian Preschool in North Salinas. I am so honored that you visited our website.
I am grateful to have been with Hearts and Hands since 2017 and started as a Level 1 Teacher. Through the years, I have grown to learn more and leveled in my career in this ministry to serve the families in Monterey County. My passion started while working with children in my church children’s ministry in 2015. In high school, I also had the opportunity to volunteer with school-age children and in a childcare facility in Santa Clara, CA. It was such a humbling experience that I wanted to pursue Early Childhood Education. When I could do so, I attended college courses to fulfill the units all while finishing high school and working as an aide in the childcare facility. In 2011, I became a qualified teacher and have been working as a teacher for children ages 2-3 years old for many years. I moved to Monterey County, and Hearts and Hands Christian Preschool has been my second home. I pray that we could be your second home for your children and family and be a part of your village of people you can trust and love. We hope that our values in Safety, Love, and Excellence provide you with the sense of care we have for your family.
I am blessed to have been in this field since 2010 and still learn something new daily. My passion and love continue to grow while working alongside our excellent teachers and families. I look forward to meeting you and your children in our center!
